What is included in our Premium Package?

• This package allows for 2 blocks of time up to a maximum of 6 hours at a time;

• 2 x 6 hour home visits, either taken one after another or spaced about 1 - 2 weeks apart, depending on the issue of concern.  The visits can be scheduled outside of normal office hours Monday to Friday or on a Saturday morning up until 2 pm. Should additional hours be required during a visit or extend past these times, this will be charged at $60 an hour or part of an hour;

• During the first visit we get to know your child and family and take a comprehensive history from pregnancy through to the current age of your child.  This history includes exploring issues such as changes to family life and the health and well-being of you the parents;

• Together we will develop an action plan, taking your unique family circumstances into account;

• We will provide you with information about any other relevant community & on-line resources you may find helpful; and

• 2 x 15 minute follow up telephone calls (either in-between the home visits or after the last home visit) to provide additional support and modify action plan if required.

 

Cost:

The cost is $1040 for the Premium Package
Additional charges apply if distance exceeds 50 km (round trip).
