WiringKids has been busy and productive. 

We have learnt lots and met some awesome parents and professionals throughout Western Australia.

WiringKids have been privileged to have worked with parents and organisations in a number of ways:

  • Developing a whole of school approach to support the social and emotional development curriculum, and ultimately the mental health of young people.

  • Parent consultations via video conferencing.

  • Parent consultations via mobile and home visits.

  • Facilitating Mental health First Aid training on behalf of the Australian Medical Association.

  • Facilitating parent workshops at Early Learning Centres on request.

  • Facilitating professional workshops for Child Health Nurses, Paediatric Nurses, Teachers and Educators.

  • Observational studies of best practices at Early Learning Centres.

  • Writing reports regarding change management at Early Learning Centres.

  • Coaching Educators regarding best practices.

Volunteer and Community Support


WiringKids believes in giving back to communities. We have provided a number of free parent consultations; parent information evening at various Early Childhood Centres or contributed, via purchasing tickets, to a variety of events.
