We do understand that unexpected issues come up and we are happy to reschedule a booked consultation, provided we have at least 24 hours notice, within 30 days of the original booking date.If you wish to cancel the booking completely and have provided us with 1 weeks notice before the scheduled appointment, we will refund you the amount minus the booking and administration fee of 5 %. If we receive notice of cancellation less than 1 week before the scheduled appointment a cancellation fee of 20% will apply.
