Early Childhood Educators, teachers and directors are expected to have a complex understanding of child development.  WiringKids will work with these professionals in a non-judgmental and collaborative manner on-site and provide coaching as required.

The on-site coaching package consists of:

• identifying coaching needs by consultation with management;

• an on-site visit and observation;

• providing a coaching session whereby independent and/or shared observations are discussed and constructive feedback provided, based on sound child development principles;

• a follow up email/ mobile/skype conversation to provide additional support.
