Consultation purchase terms and conditions:
Payment in full is required prior to a service. We do understand that unexpected issues come up and we are happy to reschedule a booked consultation, provided we have at least 24 hours notice, within 30 days of the original booking date.If you wish to cancel the booking completely and have provided us with 1 weeks notice before the scheduled appointment, we will refund you the amount minus the booking and administration fee of 5 %. If we receive notice of cancellation less than 1 week before the scheduled appointment a cancellation fee of 20% will apply.
Gift Card purchase terms and conditions:
Gift cards are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Recipients can use the gift cards on all our services, extra payment can be organised if they wish to purchase a service more expensive than the value of the gift card. Recipients must read the terms and conditions related to their choice of service. No refunds offered on gift card purchases.
