Brains Drive Behaviour Workshop
(Adolescence: ages 12+)

Adolescence is a time of personal growth and discovery.  It is also a time when the brain reorganises itself and this can bring with it many challenges for educators. During this phase it is important to focus on and develop core life skills such as planning, focus, self control and flexibility. This workshop will debunk some of the myths around adolescence (e.g. they are just lazy) and will discuss practical tips and strategies to help educators navigate this period and negotiate desired behaviour boundaries.
