Stress is a normal part of life and happens in reaction to changes and challenges - like those of becoming or being a parent! As with anything there is healthy and adaptive stress and the not so good stress which can leave us feeling overwhelmed.  

In this workshop we will discuss:

  • the different types of stress and how they impact on our bodies, thoughts and actions;

  • how we as parents can identify what pushes our buttons;

  • reframing at how we look at our children's behaviour;

  • practical tips and strategies that will suit you and your unique family to handle stressful situations more positively.
