Developing Great Sleep Patterns

We often hear or say these words when we refer to an energizing night's sleep: "I have slept like a baby". This often makes us believe that everybody (including babies) sleep in a solid block through the night. The reality is that we all have brief awakenings between sleep cycles throughout the night. This workshop offers information about the science behind sleep and offers practical age appropriate tips that you can try at home with your family. Understanding how brain development, experiences and the environment impacts on sleep will help you determine which strategies work best for your family.
