About The Event
Brain development, a sense of independence and the acquisition of new skills can disrupt your child’s sleep. This can be a challenging time for parents.
This workshop will discuss the common areas of concern for parents such as: night-time fears, night terrors, resisting going to bed or sleep, scared of the dark, day time naps, waking frequently at night, wanting to sleep with parents, sleepwalking and much more.
This workshop will provide you with practical strategies, based on the latest research, that are easy to implement at a pace that suits you and your family.
