About The Event
As your child’s brain develops, their nutritional requirements change and they experience new things, they might have difficulties either falling asleep or staying asleep. Topics that will be discussed include common areas of concern such as: night waking , refusal to go to sleep, napping, night terrors, nightmares, sleep walking and much more.
This workshop will provide you with straight forward strategies, based on the latest research, that will help you and your child develop great sleep patterns.
Babies younger than 12 months are welcome to attend with their parents.
