What happens at a one-off home visit?​

• Together we will develop an action plan, taking your unique family circumstances into account;

• We will provide you with information about any other relevant community and online resources you may find helpful; and

• Follow up via telephone 1 - 2 weeks after the consultation to discuss progress and modify your action plan as required.
   

Cost

Home Visits run for 90 - 120 minutes for a cost of $290
Additional charges will apply if the round trip exceeds 50 km's
